How do I issue a DC refund for ONE item out of 20 in a single purchase? As I understand the refund page, it is a refund for the entire purchase.

Hi Adriana,
You can zero out the fields for the other 19 items, and just leave the amount of the one item you want to refund. Then press submit. We're working on new behavior in that page that won't mean you have to zero everything out in the future - we got that request from someone else as well.

You wont be charged transaction fees for that particular item once you refund- they'll be credited on your bill to you once you do this.

Where is the refund page?
I have an order that I need to do a partial refund. How do I do that?

Kim...Open the paid invoice. On the right hand side about in the middle you will see "manage account". Click there for the drop down menu and you will see "refund".

I did not know how to do that. I already refunded and would love to get my Etsy charge reversed on the refunded item. Is there a way to get a refund on item after I have done the partial refund but not using the above technique.
