Question about partial refund

I just set up DC yesterday and already have a question.
I need to refund $2.50 for overage on shipping.
So, how do I go about doing that?

On the receipt, lower rhs shows "Manage Order".
A drop down will appear to refund.
(You may do a partial shipping refund from there).
