I received email from Etsy Sunday afternoon regarding I have pending sale and do not ship till it's clear. It's been a 48 hours and still nothing. I emailed Etsy Monday morning and haven't heard anything from Etsy yet.
Does one in team know how long it usually takes this issue to be solve? and why is pending sale. I have never had this before so I'm not sure what is about.
