I might be doing a partial refund soon and I need some help. I went to my shop, sold orders, and receipt # but I don't see the Manage Order option. Did they change where it is?
waterlily, from your sold orders page, click the receipt# link. That should take you to a page for that order. The manage order should be on that page.
