Partial Refund

I have a customer who over payed for shipping (I realized I need to correct the way I have the shipping set up in the listing). How do I issue a partial refund?

I might be doing a partial refund soon and I need some help. I went to my shop, sold orders, and receipt # but I don't see the Manage Order option. Did they change where it is?

waterlily, from your sold orders page, click the receipt# link. That should take you to a page for that order. The manage order should be on that page.

Does this apply to just DC orders?

Yes, that is for DC orders. For PayPal you have to log into PayPal and refund from your PayPal transaction.
