Hi there, my name is Oggie.
I opened my shop 3 weeks ago in the beginning of January 2017 and yesterday was my first sale, today - my second. For both Etsy says "Do not ship this order until it’s finished processing".
What do I have to do to fix it? There are more than 24 hours since my first sale, which is still pending. It can't be possible that both customers are with invalid data or something!?
Please help!!!
