I had a payment with Direct Checkout on 7/10/12 and another on 7/13/12. I shipped these packages and marked them shipped.
The payment on 7/13/12 has been released, but the 7/10/12 payment has not been released.
I was under the impression that once an order was marked shipped the funds would be released and funds deposited on the following Monday.
Why is the 7/13/12 payment released before the 7/10/12 payment?
I honestly don't have the time to chase this stuff down. I really need a payment system that works according to the published schedule.
I would appreciate admin input.
