I sent to support@etsy.com. Is there any specific e-mail for direct checkout? I have a question that only admin can answer.

Helen you could convo the captain or one of the leaders of the team. You might get a faster answer that way.

Oh, Nora, I just figured it out myself.... i was looking at the wrong numbers in the completed order activity. But thank you so much, i will keep that in mind and my next question will address to the captain... :-)
