Is DC limited to US or can Canadian and other foreign country buyers use it?

Because of shipping delays I've experienced with foreign shipments, I wonder if DC is allowed for Canada and other foreign countries. What used to take two weeks to arrive now can take three, I'm finding. If DC is allowed for foreign shipments, is there any way to disallow those while still allowing US? Thanks, Gustys

I am wondering what you are talking about?
Yes Direct Checkout is available for those in other countries to purchase only, they can not sell with it at this point
As far as I know you can not limit your Direct Checkout to just US buyers
If someone has a credit card they can purchase using DC
What does your shipping have to do with how the person pays?

I'm finding that overseas shipping is taking longer than ever, even if I ship the day paid--I don't want customers upset when their shipment doesn't arrive when they think it should, and ensuing complaints complicating my DC transactions. Lately I've had complaints when shipments took three weeks instead of two--just trying to avoid hassle over circumstances beyond my control.
