First...i love the direct checkout! the problem that i am having is recieving the money from my sales to Canada.
I've marked the sale as "shipped" and it is showing "marked as shipped" on the Sales Order page, but on the credit card page is is showing up as "waiting for shipment".
I've contacted the HELP with etsy and they suggested to disable the "Compatibility View" icon on my window explorer. i did this and it is still showingup "not Shipped".
Has anyone still had this problem or didn't have the problem when using the Direct Checkout to Canada?

Hi Pat,

So sorry to hear about this! I've checked into this issue as well, and there does not appear to be anything strange going on on our end. Might I ask, have you had the chance to try this in another browser? Google Chrome might be a good option!

Your help line came to my rescue "again"! I just needed to click on the "marked as shipped". ( totally embarrassed!)
