I don't know if this is the right team to post this to. But...
When I add insurance to some of my larger orders through Etsy's print shipping label option, how do I file a claim? I can see on my receipt for the label that I purchased insurance but it doesn't say who to file a claim with. What does the insurance cover? damage? lost package? What company does the insurance go through?
