A few days ago I changed to direct checkout from paypal only. Somewhere in the depths of the information I read that it takes 5 days for Direct payment to be activated? I also read it takes 4-6 hours to activate if you've added or changed a bank account. I added my bank account. Since then I've had 7 orders cancelled automatically by Etsy. Those customers shopped somewhere else and a couple of them have tried 3 times to pay, without result. I have emailed etsy with this problem but I'm to the point of frustration because I don't get replies nor answers! I need some advice if you have any?
