How to refund overpayment of shipping?

I need to refund my buyer a couple dollars for a multiple order. I don't see how to do this....I've already printed the shipping label. Could someone please advise? Thanks!

Hi Denise!

First go to the receipt page and then click on "manage order" then click "issue refund", choose the reason as shop owner refunding shipping overages, put in the amount and click review refund.
