How to process a refund after 60 days?

Hi--I have a package that was returned to me after unsuccessful delivery attempts and it is now well after 60 days..... The customer never contacted me but I contacted them after I received the package....how do I refund this customer after 60 days? It was paid through DC but I don't see a refund option. I have processed a refund before but it was within days of the purchase. is there a way to do this?

Mary,
I went back and looked at some orders I have that are 60- 90 days old and they still had the refund option.

If you open the order receipt page, towards the middle on the right there should be a manage order link in blue. You should see the option to refund there.

If you don't see it available there maybe message one of the team captains, to see if they can help.
