How do I issue a refund

I have to give a refund for a item bought true direct check out. the necklace did not fit.
How do I do this ?? Help please ! Pay pal is easier to do, but since this was bought with direct checkout I want to refund true it.

Go to the receipt and find "manage order", then issue a refund from there.

Does anyone know the proper way to issue a partial refund ? Do you issue a "Partial" refund on a custom order the same way as a full refund ? Our customer wants to keep one of the two items she custom ordered from us. We have never refunded a "partial" refund.

Yes, just click on Partial Refund and you'll be able to enter the refund amount.

I don't issue refunds on custom orders, it's my policy.

I need help after a refund, how do you get it to stop showing as a sold item in my sold section? It's a real pain...

To remove the refunded item from sold items, you will need to cancel the order. Same place as refunding the order, just click Cancel Order this time.

I am trying to refund an order placed this morning and am now told that I must wait 24hours after the transaction to issue a refund? This is new? I've never had a problem issuing a refund right away with DC. What is the reason for this??

Was it an international order? There is a 24 hour waiting period for refunding international credit cards.
