Please, any tip on how to do this? The label was printed yesterday in the am hours, so it has been over 24 hours already. it was an error label, so it was not used. How can get it reversed? Thanks!
Sure! You need to go back into the transaction page and look on the upper right it has a little box in blue "Request for Refund". Click on that and you will need to click on the appropriate reason for the refund, etc. It said to take 3-14 days or something like that for the cancellation. Hope this helps. :)
