How Long for penny deposit and other newbie questions

Okay, I signed up for DC on Saturday and don't see the etsy penny deposit yet. Is it too soon? I'm a little worried that maybe it didn't work? I'm trying to route to my sub account so the routing info is a little tricky. How long should I wait before worrying because I've got a few sales resting in limbo right now.

Also, if, because of my nerves, I turn off DC until I know, will the DC confirmation process continue? or did I just mess it all up?

I think it took me 3 days. But I may be mistaken. I do not know the answers to the rest of your questions. I am new to etsy and still learning everything. I have not made a sale yet.
