My 90 days since my first sale would have been Nov 8th, but I've got orders since then which are still requiring me to ship prior to requesting payment. Am I missing something or is there a glitch in my shop?
Monday is a holiday. No one would be able to request an earlier deposit from late afternoon 11-9-12 until the automatic late afternoon deposit on 11-13-12.
If that isn't the issue I would say contact support.
I understand that it wouldn't show up in my bank account yet because of the holiday, but my most recent order (from after my 90 days) still says "ship these items to receive payment" & the amount has not moved into my account balance yet.
I would say contact support. Not too sure how they are transitioning accounts off the 90 days. They could batch them which would mean the transition wouldn't be immediate.
I usually get a answer from support within 2-3 days when I contact them.
