Help. Is my DC active?

Help seems to be a common term in here.

So I did all the bank stuff, confirmed and turned DC on. Its been well over a month since doing so.

I have a customer that wants to make a large purchase with American Express and when she tries only Paypal is offered at checkout.

How do I know my DC is ready to go??

okay, think I've figured it out. By asking some friends and stuff. Not sure this team is real useful when immediate issues come up. You know when someone is wanting to give you gobs of money and you can't figure out why they can't. Thats a bit urgent in most cases.

when I click on an item in your shop, it says you accept credit cards so you must have figured it out:) Congrats to the large purchase - hope it worked out for you!

Whelp...she wrote me and we decided to go with a money order as this was all more than she was willing to try and figure out.

think I'll stick with Paypal and money orders for now.
