Help! Error in DC Amount for Shipping Choice

I just started using DC this weekend and had a sale that was to be shipped to Hawaii, I had my shipping profiles set for in USA, Canada and Everywhere else. The customer tried to purchase the item using DC with her cc however, but the shipping amount that showed up in her checkout cart was the "everywhere else" international amount. The customer ended up not using DC, went to paypal to pay with e-check and did not have any problem.

Is there something I have to change in settings for DC? I don't know why this would happen and last I knew Hawaii was still in the USA!!

Any input would be appreciated!

This is the first we've heard of this, but are going to look into it right away.
There should be nothing else to do in your settings.

ok thanks Camilla, I apreciate the quick response and investigation into the matter. I did ask the customer if she had a credit card with an international address, I thought that might be the problem, I haven't heard back about that yet.

Just an update in case someone else has this issue, Nicole from Admin pointed out to me that I needed to re-apply my shipping profiles to my items.

After USPS increased rates I changed my shipping profiles and most recently I created new flat rate shipping profiles, however, I didn't reapply my profiles to the items. I was not aware that this had to be done each time. So, hopefully this clears up the issue, I will have to wait for another similar transaction to take place to see if this resolves the problem and will keep you posted.
