Get money less often than weekly?

So I am smaller, less sales. I have DC and first transfer is too happen tomorrow.
Can I put it on hold? I would like to be able to let the money build just a little so I am not doing weekly transfers of like $10.
Yes, this is the opposite of what most people want. Lol.

I am wondering if Etsy is looking to be our Paypal down the road. Are you considering handling finances for Etsy shop owners as we do with Paypal?

It's funny I thought about this. With all my complaining about waiting, I had a sale that was available last week on Tuesday and wished I could have held off my Monday deposit until Tuesday to have one big deposit instead of two smaller ones.

Right now, you can't put holds on transfers. They happen automatically on Mondays. You can speed it up but that's it.

Jane and Diana- I'm thinking the that Etsy's eventually hoping to take over our finances for us. I, too, would like to be able to carry a balance in my shop payment account so that I could use it when I make Etsy purchases for things like packaging and supplies. I don't Etsy's shipping label option though because Paypal is still cheaper. I don't get a ton of sales so I have no problem typing in addresses.

Eye Candy- was this changed recently? Last time I checked, it was more expensive to print etsy shipping labels than it was to print paypal ones.

Shipping should be the same anywhere if you are using the same method. I have never used Etsy. I am happy to go into Paypal and use them for my shipping even if Direct Checkout.

I xfer every Paypal sale immediately into my bank acct. Wish I could do that with DC. Oh well. I like my $ in one place.

I haven't used the shipping labels either. Same price or not, I don't want to have to bother with my bill just to print a label. So I'm a creature of habit, paypal ship now works fine for me. If I have no balance, they charge my bank account. Easy peasy.

Mari- I thought different places could charge different rates for the same shipping methods. I mean, you save if you buy and print postage online as compared to going to the PO... How the heck can I tell how much a package is going to cost me to ship through Etsy? I guess I have to wait until I get a DC purchase to figure it out? That's annoying.

Nicole, I think they have the same commercial pricing as paypal now. I have not seen any difference. I personally find it easier to do Etsy shipping with DC because it means I don't have to retype everything into PayPal.

I have had DC for months and still don't have the shipping option, it would be nice to have before the holidays roll around. I thought it had been rolled out to every seller with DC but guess not.
