First International DC sale, do I have to go to post office?

I just got my first direct checkout order and they are all the way from Australia! I was wondering, is there anyway to print your postage and customs forms directly from online like you do on paypal from etsy? Or do I have to do it all at the post office now?

I'm new to this whole mailing thing as it since this is only my third sale, trying to get the hang of things but its all so confusing sometimes!

I don't have the shipping option with DC, but I just sent a package to Australia (First class international) and I printed the customs form and label out on the USPS site, and then took it to the PO. I think if your package weighs more than 10lb (?) the PO has to input the customs information into their computer. but my packages are only a few ounces.
