Downloading DC shipping labels

Hi guys.. I am new to DC and new to the team. I just made 3 sales using DC and when I try to download the shipping label a pop up box comes up asking me to open or save. I clicked open to view and print and the label does not come up. No image at all. Can you all help???? What should I be opening it with????

I am using Chrome as my browser. I think this is still the only browser that you can print from without downloading first.

I use firefox and can open and print.

Tamara you may need an add on for your browser to print directly from the view option.
