Direct check out reports for balancing deposit??

I just had my first deposit from Direct Checkout. Now I want to enter the sales information into Quickbooks for accounting purposes.

I am pretty anal with my accounting. I like to enter all my sales by product, shipping fees and credit card expense. I will lump them all together, but heck, I want to see how much I charge out in shipping vs. what I paid out.

How can I download a file showing JUST WHAT WAS DEPOSITED and what the breakout was?

Manually counting, there were 26 orders shipped and included in this deposit..... but I cannot find anywhere a report that will tell me exactly what was in the deposit.

I see a new report for orders - but then it is sorting by delivery date then deleting paypal orders the organizing for entry. -ugh!

Any ideas - or am I just missing something?

Argh
Downloaded the orders report - sorted by payment then by ship date.
Luckily all my order were from April.
Totaled all my columns - totals to not match,.
Huh, wait one of my orders shipped on 4/30 did not payout. 5 did, 1 did not.
Now I have to remember to carry this over to the next one??

And what happens now that my next payment will have orders from both April and May. 2 download reports??

I am sorry Etsy - but this needs to be addressed. Your sellers MUST know where the money that is deposited is coming from and be able to balance it out. If not we are blindly accepting the funds that you submit as valid and accurate.

Agree with OP - we need account detailed statements for DC. Our business records require it. Most processors provides detailed info statements - you have to match this service in DC or it won't be valuable.
