DP customer wants refund

I have a customer who says the item is pretty but not strong enough for what she wants it to hold. Can I refund after 6 days on DP.

Of course. Go into the order, click "manage order" and issue a refund. It will pull from the balance of your DP account, and I believe if you do not have a balance it will charge your backup card.

I suggest you have the customer return the item before you issue a refund. :)
