I have occasionally seen the message that a Direct Checkout order was still being processed. But normally it is complete within a minute or two. This time I have an order that was submitted 6 hours ago and is still in the processing state.
I certainly won't ship the order until I get notification of it clearing, but is it normal to take this long?
