I have a few large custom orders that paid by DC. The actual bulk of the order will not go out for a few weeks; but I am sending samples of the order for approval first. The way I do my postage (stamps.com), when I ship anything for that transaction; it automatically marks that item shipped. This would trigger the DC money to be released; so I don't know if that's ok to do.
If not; I can create a new postage label that is not connected to that main transaction; or would it be ok to go ahead and do the postage the normal way; even though only samples are shipped and not the entire order?
