Confirming my acct. and getting my money deposited- Please help!

Hi! I requested to confirm my checking acct. over 2 weeks ago! They said there would be 2 small deposits to confirm the acct. however, still nothing and I have written numerous emails with no response. I have money in my acct. that I really would like deposited, but can't seem to get any help! Any idea's what I can do??!! I am getting a bit frustrated at this point.

Thanks for your post -- and sorry to hear that you did not receive Rebekkah's reply email.

Please bear in mind, those test deposits were sent to your bank account around the time that you added bank information to your Shop Payment Account. As such, it sounds like those deposits would have been made around July 12, 2012.

Please just look over your bank statement or call your bank directly for assistance in locating those deposits.

Same here. I've had hundreds of dollars in direct checkout sales - where's the money? Certainly not in my account.

It appears that you were able to find the small deposits to confirm your bank account and schedule an early deposit for the available funds. Fantastic! You should see the deposit within 1-3 business days.
