CCard Processing Fee does not show up in my balance fee

Qst - I noticed that the credit card processing fee showed up when I downloaded my CVS file. the concern is that the fee does not show up on your monthly balance sheet. Why not? Also then the fees are incorrect.
I have been balancing off of my Etsy monthly balance sheet (for basic info) however the credit card processing fee is no where in the monthly balance fee sheet.
If I am in the wrong place, please redirect me.

Hello Marilyn,

Not sure you are in the right place. I would go to the admin team and ask them the same question. Plus, this forum has turned into a promo forum. No one really answer the direct checkout questions any more.
