BiIling customer for additional amount.

I received an order this evening that needs to be amended because of additional details the customer wants added. How do I amend the order? Do I send a bill? If so, how?

No billing/invoicing for DC at this time. I think it is something they are working on adding.

You can cancel and refund the original transaction, and set up a new one.

You can send an invoice through PayPal and the buyer can use their credit card through PayPal.

There is no easy work around that I know of.

Wasn't sure customer had Paypal. Decided to do a reserved listing with the additional details and handle it as separate transaction. Will cost me a fee, but couldn't come up with another way to do it. Hope they come up with a solution soon. Sure I'm not only one who has had this problem.

This is another reason why my customers can only pay for custom orders via paypal.

I had considered making custom orders Paypal exclusive. Waiting to see if I encounter this problem again.
