Were any of the ones you were charged fees on actually sold in August?

Hi XolBridalBoutique,

Please bear in mind that September is payments processing fee-free; you'll still be charged your usual transaction and listing fees.

If you're seeing fees deducted from a sale in your Shop Payment Account, it may be because this was purchased in August (Celia -- you've got it!). Might I ask you to review your SPA to confirm this?

Best,
Ev

humm I see the reason, you guys have 2 dates on the pages, the one on the right is the sale date and then you have another one on the left, which looks like the main date as it is archived by that date and not the sale date, I am guessing that is the shipping date (?), it would be nice if you would add a clarification on SPA as to avoid this type of confusions, thanks for the help

Thanks for your followup! Yes, there are two dates displayed in your Shop Payment Account. The line item date (the date on the left hand side) is the date that you completed the order, which means that date that you marked the order as shipped.

We also include the date the order was purchased, which helps you calculate where you're at with hold times.

I'll definitely pass your feedback to the right team!
