Is it just me? When I just tried to print my labels, I got the stitch gone awry and it wouldn't print. It did charge me for the labels and I was able to go into each receipt and reprint the label but it ate my multi order scan form.
I had the same thing happen. I went into purchased labels and downloaded it from there. I hope it worked because I mailed the package. Etsy took my money so it should be valid.
Me as well. I was able to get the labels by going back to the invoice and downloading it. Not sure what the problem was but it scared me for a moment especially after I purchased a $15.00 label to Hong Kong and couldn't seem to retrieve it for printing.
