Question

I sell digital versions of invitations. I also offer professional printing services. I, obviously, prefer that a clients prints with me because I understand the process and I can guarantee the print quality.

However there will always be people who would like to print on their own to save costs etc. How do you handle emails from these clients that need help setting up their job to print at home? I have a customer that paid a minimal fee for my design and now wants my help so she can print 4 save the dates on a single page.

I also wanted to get feedback on an verbiage being used so customers know that we are not responsible for a bad print job if they are printing on their own!
