Bash or Praise your Printer

Hi All!

I am in serious need for a new printer. Currently I have a Xerox 6125 (laser printer) and want to throw it out the window. The print quality has gone from good to pretty horrible and it curls thicker paper.

What do you all love or hate about your printer? I have heard good things about Epson do they handle thick paper?

Having the same problem getting a printer to handle my thick cardstock. I just bought my first laser printer last month and I'm currently trying to sell it (let me know if anyone is in need of a color laser printer, works really well, just not for really thick cardstock). I went back to my old Canon Pixma, working great, but going thru ink like crazy.

I do have an Epson inkjet that I love, but it has finally stopped printing any cardstock. It still prints really beautifully though. I use it for all my stickers, address labels and photos (on Epson paper).

I have an Oki laser printer that I use to make digital print drafts. It can't print borderless and goes through the toner quite fast since I rarely use it.

I have a Canon PIXMA Pro9500 Mark II and I absolutly love it.
the quality is stunning, it prints large thick paper, it has archival inks.
if you use it often, it doesn't waste ink, so it's quite economical.

wouldn't go for another one, had an epson r265 before, and it end up eating paper.

Love my printer!!
Epson Stylus Photo R1900. Amazing quality, super fast and prints up to 13x19...had no problems with it, been about two years...
I know a professional painter who has one also, and we both would highly recommend this printer to everyone :)
