Please can anyone be kind enough to help me with my uploading my listings to my Etsy.
Firstly I am using my Mac computer and photoshop for my images.
My first listing file a photoshop file I saved as a jpeg up loaded just fine It is a photoshop file I saved as a jpeg 2MB size file measures 3540 pixels wide and 2550 pixels height.
The second file I tried and failed to upload was a 344KB Jpeg 448 pixels wide and 791 pixels height photoshop file and it is this file which it would not let me upload. I have used my current up to date Safari browser to upload and still not a go. Also downloaded a current version of google chrome browser and still not a go.
What am I doing wrong? Can anyone please help! I have tried everything.
I have digital pictures of items for my personal garage sale items and it uploads any of those for me.
Just a thought… I found that my uploads work great if the files are zipped. So even if there is only one file for an upload, I just zip the file and have had no more upload problems. Hope this might be helpful???? Take care, Joni
