I have two questions this team may be able to help me with....
1. Can I make a listing for a discount or coupon code that is a reward for signing up for my new pattern alert? This is a newsletter I send out when a new cross stitch chart is listed, via Mailchimp.
2. Will Etsy’s TOU permit me to send people to my website landing page, where they sign up, get the discount code for use on Etsy? The landing page is part of my blog/shop site where I also sell the charts. Here is how I am thinking I would promote the newsletter mailing list/discount code:
* the coupon code listing,
* in individual listings,
* with Thank you messages.
I don’t want to run afoul of the TOU. And I would welcome any other “legal” means of building an opt-in mailing list for Etsy patrons.
