Pattern identification- Possibly Roulette?

Can anyone tell me if there are patterns similar to Anchor Hocking's Roulette design?

I have a set that looks like it but yet the plate doesn't have a fanned out center (just plain). The cups have a fanlike design below the band yet Roulette's cups are plain below the band. I don't believe my set to be Roulette so I am wondering if there was another company that produced a nearly identical pattern.

I can't seem to post a pic here and I don't have a link. Would you be willing to share your email address and I will email you a pic of the plate and cup. It's actually for my sister-in-law. She purchased the set at a flea market a couple of weeks ago.
