Hi all!
I'm newer to Etsy selling, but this is a bit separate. I am a college student hoping to start a SACNAS chapter at the CU Denver campus. To fundraise, I was hoping to use my crocheting experience (10 years) to make some products and sell them at a craft fair. This is a very new endeavor for me! Advice for how far in advance I should look for booths and how to get in contact with coordinators? I was hoping to get involved this Christmas season, but it appears I'm a little too late for that.
Thank you for any advice for an emerging professional crafter!
Hi Jade,
From what I've seen while marketing my Boulder Makerspac (Solid State Depot), Faires normally close to applications about 2 months prior to the event.
I'd say that planning to have everything ready for the application, fee, etc 3 months in advance would be best. That way, you also are more likely to be seen first!
