I have a completely different problem to discuss and ask advice and help: I am trying to make the treasury making easier and faster. There is a recomended app for Google Chrome :

I am using Google Chrome and I downloaded the treasury box correctly. but still - after reading the instructions how to use it - I have no idea how to!

Anthi of course you can make treasuries for any shops you like worldwide anyway and any day. We are just discussing for the concept of our teams 'Friday cyprusteam treasuries' because as some of us believe that including other shops in our treasuries will be better.

Hi everyone! Regarding the treasuries I believe that, at the moment, it would be better for the team to have all Cyprus Artists products. This will give us the opportunity to know each others shops and products. Also, it is a way to get all the shop owners to update their products regularly, so that we can find new listings to put in our treasuries weekly. Moreover, it will help all of us make a habit of including the cyprusteam tag in our listings. When Friday Treasuries is on a roll for 2-3 months and we get as much people involved as possible, then we can expand to having treasuries including other shops as well. I strongly believe that at the moment bonding and identifying each other is crutial. Baby steps. Slowly but surely! But then, that's just me! :)

Hallo! I just wanted to introduce me here! I've asked to join this team, as of 1st of November I will be living in Cyprus - moving there from Latvia together with my hubby and of course shop.
Really excited about that!
I make every kind of bridal hair accessories and this is my main occupation and income source.
I am little bit worrie about postal charges from Cyprus - I see, that in average you ladies charge about 4-6 euros for shipping, but when I tried to search in Cyprus post page for rates, the calculation was about 19 euros per package... My parcels weight only 100, maximum 150 grams...

Could you give me any advice?

welcome to our group where you can find many very nice and helpful people. As for your question about shipping: I myself do not charge shipping costs at all, as my jewelry never reaches 100 grams. I am shipping by regular air mail at noc charges. If a customer requires a registered letter then I would charge something like 5-6 Euro. I am shipping both to USA, Canada, Europe (EU countries) and to Israel.
When you arrive to Cyprus go to a postal office and ask for the new price list. BUT: it is in Greek only. The online information from the ministry has completely no value.

Postal rates are reasonable. You can ship registered mail from about 4-6 euros. I regularly ship my art prints worldwide and this is what I pay. Services like EMS and EPG are more expensive as they are for shipping expensive and large items (that you want insurance and refund in case of lost) and fast shipping. I use these services for my handbags.

It is a bit confusing in the website but there are not much to worry Maija.
For my necklaces I pay around 3-6 euros for shipping as registered mail.

I face a problem I never had before: After I made a new treasury "Trendy and Yellowish". I tried to promote it in the different FB-Groups where I am a member. I copy-paste the treasury like I used to do for so manay times. But what it shows on pictures at the FB has nothing to do neither with the title of my newly created treasury nor with the themes I chose. I can see only a picture of legs with socks, which do not belong to my treasury.
I wrote in the Help forums QUESTIONS and BUGS, also asked Etsy to solve the problem as - as according to some answers I have got - some other people had exactly the same problem showing them legs insocks instead of whatever else.
Any idea how this problems can be solved?
