I just opened my Etsy shop and was so excited to receive my first order! Unfortunately, Etsy suspended the purchase and then canceled it within 24 hours. I've contacted Etsy support a few times to understand why this happened and how to avoid it in the future, but haven't received a clear answer.
Has anyone else had a similar experience with a canceled order? What are some things I can do to prevent future cancellations? Are there any resources in the Etsy community that can help me understand Etsy's listing review process?
I'm feeling a bit lost and would appreciate any insights or advice.
