How do I get my customers back?

Hey everyone!!

I am new to Teams and Discussions and to Etsy altogether. I started my shop in January and immediately had customers, we based all of our products on Instagram, had giveaways, gained followers and sales went through the roof!
In March though, I had to go on vacation because I was ill, too ill to get into the garage and sew anything. I tried to keep in contact and post things that revolved around dogs but even going on the computer or phone every day became hard for me.
At the end of May I had surgery and two weeks after that I was back in the sewing corner whipping out bandanas and putting them in the shop! I announced that we were back, posted like normal on instagram and began sharing other things. We even started another giveaway to get attention and give back to our followers who have stayed with us.

But, we've only had 2 sales in the past 3 weeks and nobody has even joined our giveaway...I really don't know what to do!

I hope this helps. I started my shop maybe a month ago, so I have no sales, I've had maybe 22 visitors and no favorites yet. I started my making a massive selection of bandanas, I'll soon be making dog treats as well, but I started my finding two people that were willing to let me send them a free bandana, which happened to be my Breast Cancer Ribbon Bandana, and let them review it and post about it and tag my business Instagram page. That way not only did my product get out but the two people I sent product to were high follower accounts. The first person to recieve it, loved it, which I was so happy to hear. I gave her a discount code. If she ever wants to reoder or even to give out on her own Instagram page. If you haven't tried it already, maybe give that a shot, find your most loyal customers through Instagram and offer them a discount code to share with their followers and to use for themselves.
