Hi, i know this team has only been "open" since the 6th, but i thought it would be nice to have introductions. Hope i am not over stepping my bounds. :)

My name is Jennifer. I am 37, married for 6 years (together for 15 1/2) with an almost 3 year old Brody. I have been making jewelry for about 20 years. Sold some when i first started then it became more of a hobby(a passionate one, but still a hobby). After losing my job of 16 years i decided to refocus on it full time.

I was thinking, the concept of this group is GREAT. SO i thought it might be fun to have weekly or monthly "challenges" where you could either post something you already have or make something to fit in the challenge. This way those who are looking to buy can see examples of our work. (besides just looking at our shop) Maybe the winner each week/ month could then choose the next challenge topic?????

Hi Jennifer!

My name is Anna, and this is a shared account between me and my best friend. We are just starting to open our shop where we hope to sell jewelry. I've been making jewelry as a hobby and gifts for friends/family for the past ~year but only now have gotten seriously into it.

I also really like the concept of this team! I very much enjoy making jewelry to fit a particular outfit. I actually got started making my own pieces when I couldn't find exactly what I was looking for in stores, or it was too expensive. So I am looking forward to seeing what great things can happen here.

I like your idea of challenges! We could even make the themes fit with some popular gift-giving occasion that is upcoming. Or just having several pieces on display to go along with a certain theme I think would be attractive for shoppers. So I am all for it, assuming team captain gives the OK :)

Hello! I have just joined this team as I think it's a fab idea!!! I'm surprised there aren't more people in it!
My name is Carolynne, I live in the UK, although I wished I lived in the States as I love it!!!!
I've been making jewellery for about 5 years and I love it, it is my true passion!
I am quite new to Etsy in general, well selling anyway, and very new to teams! So I may make a few mistakes here and there, which I apologise for now!
