Stitching Needle Recommendations?

I seem to be in an eternal quest to find the perfect needle for cross-stitching. And every time I find one I like, I either lose it or it eventually breaks. I'm looking for recommendations on good needles to use in my stitching and to send out in kits that I put together for my shop.

The current needles that I have end up fraying the floss and breaking one of the strands before too long. It's quite frustrating and can lead to a messy looking finished piece.

I'm not sure if Birch needles are available worldwide but that is the brand I use. Since I started stitching again this year I've only gone through 2 needles in the packet I bought and that's only because I lost one, I've never had a problem with them fraying floss, they are sturdy needles and the packs are super cheap to buy.
