Cross stitch kits for children?

Hi all, new here but hoping some of you might know the answer to this.

I have a lot of people asking me if my kits are suitable for children. Right now I'm turning them away but I cannot find anything about the law on selling them to kids. I'm assuming they can't be CE tested, but was wondering if anyone knew anything about this? I know you can get children's needles and I've looked at other places that sell them and they all say 6+ but no special marks or anything.

Thank you in advance :)

Have you tried plastic needles? All good needle wholesalers have them but they are a bit more expensive than metal per unit.

Sorry. Accidentally put your link. Plastic needles are very thick and they are wool threads for embroidery. Needle for cross stitch is secure enough they has a blunt tip.
