Prices

I'm pretty generous with my prices, however I received a critique that prices that end in "?.99" seem cheaper, like at a dollar store. I wanted to get some other opinions, and if I do need to change my pricing format, should it be an even dollar amount or ?.50 or something obscure like ?.64

Thanks!

Re: Prices

Hi Aubrey, thanks for joining the team!

Personally, prices ending in .99 do not bother me and I would never view an item as "cheap" just because of the .99 price.

Although, buyers on Etsy do tend to buy items ending in .00 because they view .99 as a sale, or clearance price.

If I were you I would change a few of the listings to end in .00, and see what happens.

Good luck, and happy selling!
Summer

Re: Prices

Thanks for the input, Summer. I think items that I am more proud of will go as .00 to start, and we'll see what happens!
