What have you tried in your shop lately? How did it go?

I think my SEO is starting to work for me. Views are up from about 10 per day to at least 40 or more. Sales are still sloooooow. Currently working on expanding my shop - one listing to go and I'll have 50. Networking on fb as often as I can. I've also been treasured a few times recently. I think having good tags helps with that. Still working on my photo's - I don't think there is such a thing as 'good enough' as far as this is concerned! Pinterest is bringing in some visitors too. Twitter doesn't seem to work for me at all - but then I don't think I quite 'get' how it works. Now I just need to tackle my blog.

I'm not sure I get Twitter either. But every link helps when it comes to SEO.

I've been focusing on making things because I have a sales event coming up at the end of the month and need to fill an 8 foot by 4 foot area with enough stuff that we don't end up just looking pathetic. I've got plenty of hats, but the little bottles don't take up much space and I need a lot more than two capes. I've been sewing up a storm.

I'm back.

My local sales were disappointing. I sold about 50 items and netted a couple hundred. I suspect I might have done better focusing here on Etsy. Still, I got some business cards out for my etsy store and people seemed interested. So, we shall see.

How about John Deere Pillow? Novelty Pillow, Embroidered Tractor, Farm Image, (which produces 1,492 listings in search)

Might as well use as many as you can.
