GG New Challenge??!
If so... here it is. Create new listings combining the matching onsies you've already made. Ex: your alarm clock onsie comes in pink and blue. Leave the listings you have and create a new one that includes both. (You could market it as a twin listing or baby shower gift stock up..idk) It'll be great because you can use the photos you already have AND it will make more listings in your inventory, plus more chances for potential buyers to see your product!

Hi everyone! So, I wanted to issue a challenge to each of you (yay!). Hopefully this will help us stay focused long term, helping short term struggles.
Put together a 1 year, 5 year, and 10 year business plan if you haven't already. Share them with us. This way we can perfect our plans with help from each other if needed.

I'm doing my own challenge this time too. I hope that's ok.

1yr plan: *build inventory with products I can make quickly (taking high advantage of holidays) *learn & respond to what my customers want *make some sales and put every penny back into my shop ($0 profit) *get my shop looking professional & organized in a way that is consumer friendly *cheap fees for custom work that I use to add to my inventory.

5yr plan: *have built up the inventory that takes time *am making a profit *increased my prices *have a good loyal following that buys from me at least once a yr

10 yr plan: *start shipping complete party packs *create a website *hire one employee to help with orders and answering questions *making a good profit *have a physical office at home that local people can come to to order custom party items.

Far future: own my own boutique with employees and designers, with a small production area for physical products.

I soooo want to hear your dreams guys!! They are so motivating and inspiring to me!! Plus, I KNOW you have better ideas than me that will help all of us!!

I'm also thinking about setting up another etsy shop in the next 3-5 yrs for another but related idea...it's possible my goals are a little unrealistic, but I've always believed in the adage that if you shoot for moon and don't make it, you'll still end up in the stars..I botched the saying, but you get the idea, lol 😚 What do you guys need specific help with?? How can I/we be a better support for you?

Tonya, my dream is starting my unique boutique where Ladies can buy there beautiful outfit and matching nice jewelry. I love to go to Kendra Scott store. I wish I own a store like that with my unique style with lot of employees. But as I am struggling that dream is walking backward😪
Another dream is painting on fabric specially on silk saree. (Saree is a popular the very best Indian outfit. It is a 5 and half yard long fabric). I want to paint on silk saree and make beautiful jewelry to go with that. I want to make a complete outfit with an WOW EFFECT!

Lol. Thank you Tonya to be honest with you it was so challenging since this is all new to me but it was a challenge that helped me learned so much. I still have alot more listing I need to work on and get this going sure did push me out of my comfort zone. Lol but I love it!!!!!!!

Ree... I'm going to change my challenge from you a touch if that's ok. I think I'm done with mother's day and hopefully my little rush is done for a few days so I can focus on graduation season! I'm going to make cards that include personalized pictures. Does that work ok?
Gg...i have to do the same with yours..i know you're challenge want specifically quote art prints with characters, but I don't really have time right now, so I'm making an art print or 2 as versions from another order of that's ok. I should have both done by the end of next week

Ree - since your just about done with my BEAUTIFUL necklace, I REALLY want to challenge you to do pictures like the link I sent you. Yup, you're going to hate me even more😜 if you want to add a SMALL prop like the first pic, I guess that's ok... but it has to be the background and simple like your banner pic. Otherwise, white and bright will make your pieces pop like crazy. I think you (and customers) will LOVE it.

Finally got Business Plan done! I was training for a Ballroom Dance Championship! So I got a little behind.

Business Plan: CampysTreasures:

1yr: 1) Build and Increase Inventory. 2) Market Shop Brand. 3) Create and Have Major Holiday or Event Sales. 4) Work on Abandoned Cart Sales.

5yr: 1) increase Profit Margins 100%. 2) Maintain a Diverse Inventory for all Customers 3) Create a brand tfor all Budget Types.

10yr: 1) Accomplish a Self Sustainable Business with Continuous Profitability
