No. I use the ....KEYWORDS in the listing itself to help really NARROW down what people are looking for in search.
I don't think paying someone for SEO help is going to change much on the ETSY side of things. Make sure your listing titles are accurate, Place that same title in your descriptions and your keywords, that's how you'll help your search out, and all it costs is time.
