Hello, I'm the recent owner of a Cricut Joy. When I try to use an uploaded image, I get the message: Project Incompatable. To resolve, click OK, and adjust affected layers. I noticed that when I run the pointer over the image it says "print and cut". When I run the pointer over a "Free" image, the name of the image is displayed, but no "print and cut". This image will work as it should.
Any help would be great!
