Does anyone see a high amount of traffic to their shops from their promoted listings but not many sales from the traffic?

I am fairly new to Etsy and still trying to figure out if promoting my listings is right for me.

The best advice I can give is gather lots of favorites and then have a friend or family member buy a item and leave a 5 star review with a picture. By having a good review and lots of likes you will eventually get sales. And don't be scared if it takes a while, etsy sales is a slow process but worth the wait :)
