Hello Etsy sellers!
I have been selling various products at my shop. The sales were neither too high nor too low. I think it was fine. However, in September, I just sold 4 pieces. In the same month, two cases were opened by two of my buyers against me because of shipping. I made and shipped the items on time, but the shipping company in the destination country delivered them a little later than expected. I thought these cases could be the reason for my low sales in Sept., but I am not sure. How were your sales in Sept? Also, what do you think about the relationship between cases and sales?
